# Reminder (Rejected Copyright Doc.)

Admin Verifies **"Copyrights Transfer Document"** of any Article and Updates the Status to **Accept/Reject.** 

**On Rejection** of  **"Copyrights Transfer Document"** by Admin**;** Author(s) have to Re-Upload Copyrights Document.

Plugin have the Functionality to **Send Reminder To "Author(s)"** regarding **Re-Uploading** of the Document.

We have added a predefined format for **Re-Upload of "Copyrights Transfer Document".**

#### **To Update the  Reminder Email Format.**

* Go To **"Reminder" Section**.
* Update **Subject** and **Email Body(**[**Text Editor**](https://mhthemes.com/support/knb/how-to-use-wordpress-text-editor-for-writing-posts/)**)**.
* Navigate to Bottom of the Page and Click on **"Save Changes"** Button to Save.
