# Upload Copyrights Document

After **Acceptance of Article** from Admin, Author has to Submit Copyrights Transfer Form to Journal Publication House(s).

#### **This Feature Enables Author(s) to Submit "Copyrights Transfer Form" with Respect to Accepted Article.**

### **To Upload Copyrights Document**

* Enter **"Article ID"** and **"Email Id"**
  * Note : Article ID is the id that you have received in Status Email Notifications.
* On Successful Article Verification; You will see Article Details (Article ID, Title,  Author Name) and **File Upload Box**.
* Select **Copyrights Document File (.pdf, .jpg, .png).**
* Click on **"Click here to Upload"** Button
* **Done !**

#### Your Copyrights Document has been Uploaded Successfully.

### To Check Copyright Document Upload Status

#### Option 1

On Successful Verification of Copyrights Document from Admin, Author will Receive Copyrights Document Status Email Notification on Registered Email ID.

* Enter **"Article ID"** and **"Email Id"**
  * Note : Article ID is the id that you have received in Status Email Notifications.
* On Successful Article Verification; You will see Article Details (Article ID, Title,  Author Name) with **Verification Success Message**.
* If Message is not there; your Copyrights Document is yet to be verified by Admin.
