Reminder Email Settings

Configuring Article Payment Reminders. To Configure Reminder Email Notification Navigate to Dashboard > Journal Research > Reminder Email Settings.

After Acceptance of Article, Author has to Make Payment to Publication House/ Website. Publication House Only Publishes Article(s), After Receiving Article Payment.

For the Pending Payments, Admin has to Contact Author(s) via Email Notification / Phone.

This Reminder Email Notification Enables Admin to Send "Payment Reminder Notification" To Article Author.

To Enable this Notification ; Click on "Enable Reminder Emails" switch.

It Must be in "Enabled" State to Setup the Email Notification.

Reminder Email Header Fields
Reminder Email Subject + Body Part
Reminder Email Footer Part
  1. Headers : Add Email Header Related Fields

  2. Body : Add Subject and Email Body(Text Editor).

  3. Footer : Add Email Footer Text(Text Editor).

After Adding the Details, Click on "Update" to SAVE.

More Information About Fields :

  • Header Name : Name to Show in the list of Receipt's Mail Box.

  • Email Sent From : Sender Email id.

  • CC(Optional) Email : CC (Carbon Copy) lets you send a copy of the email to other people

  • BCC(Optional) Email : BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) also lets you send a copy of the email to other people but hides the names of the recipients from each other

Now, Admin can Send Reminder Email to Any Article Author.

To Send Reminder Email Notification (To an Article Author).

Option 1

  • Navigate to "Dashboard > Articles"

  • From the List of Articles; find Article(s) which has Article Status = "Accepted" and Payment Status = "Not Paid"

  • Click on "Send Reminder" of Respective Article Row.

  • Done ! Email Sent.

  • Author will Receive Email Notification within Couple of Seconds*.

Option 2

  • Navigate to "Dashboard > Articles"

  • From the List of Articles; find Article(s) which has Article Status = "Accepted" and Payment Status = "Not Paid"

  • Open "Edit Article" by Clicking on "Edit" OR "Article Title"

  • Scroll Down and Find "Payment Info" Section

  • Click on "Send Reminder" of Respective Article Row.

  • Done ! Email Sent.
