Article Authors

To Setup Review Email Notifications for Authors navigate to Dashboard > Journal Research > Email Notifications > Article Review : Review Email To Author

Whenever any "Reviewer" Checks the Article and Submits Review, the Review will be saved on the System.

The System also Sends an Email Notification to the Respective Author(s) about Review Submission.

We have added predefined format for Review Submission Email Notification.

Review Email Notification

To Update Review Submission Notification for Author(s).

• Go To Review Email To Author.

• Update Subject and Email Body(Text Editor).
• Navigate to Bottom of the Page and Click on "Save Changes" Button to Save.

To make Author Specific Customized Email , You can use Shortcodes in Email Subject and Body Part.

Available Shortcodes:

• [title] - Article Title

• [article_id] - Article Identifier

• [volume] - Volume Number

• [issue] - Issue Number

• [date] - Article Date

• [pub_name] - Publisher Name

• [wordpress_email] - Wordpress Admin Email

• [reviewer_name] - Reviewer Name

• [review_submission_date] - Review Submission Date
