Email Footer

To Setup Email Footer for Article Assignment Email Notifications navigate to Dashboard > Journal Research > Email Notifications > Article Assignment : Email Footer

The Footer will be Appended (at the End of Email Body) in Email Notification of Reviewer.

We have added predefined format for Email Footer.

To Update the Email Footer.

• Go To Email Footer Section.

• Update Footer Text(Text Editor).

• Navigate to Bottom of the Page and Click on "Save Changes" Button to Save.

You can also use Shortcodes in Footer Text.

Available Shortcodes:

• [title] - Article Title

• [article_id] - Article Identifier

• [volume] - Volume Number

• [issue] - Issue Number

• [date] - Article Date

• [pub_name] - Publisher Name

• [wordpress_email] - Wordpress Admin Email

• [site_url] - Website URL

• [reviewer_name] - Reviewer Name
